SAP Test Manager/Lead Product Test Consultant
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid)

Required Qualifications:
* 16+ years of experience testing methodologies across all test levels and capable of mange Test management office
* Proficient in all levels of test phases with SAP S/4 knowledge with experience in multiple SAP Functional areas to successfully support delivery Quality implementation across all test phases.
* Experience in coordination and lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth cutover and testing phases.
* Develop and carry out cutover and test plans, conduct defect management session
* Experience to collaborate and work with geographically distributed teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate testing-related risks and issues
* Project management, leadership skills, excellent communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Roles/Responsibilities:
* Implementation of overall QA Strategic approach. Participate in Project discussions / Project Roadmap / Strategy.
* Good testing & SAP skills who understand and has performed stakeholder management.
* Preparing and Maintaining Testing RAID logs, identifying the mitigation plans and working towards the successful closure of the Risks.
* Testing status report to Project team and Steering committee.
* Interaction and Coordination across multi-vendor teams for the successful completion of multiple test phases.
* Preparing the Test Strategy, Test Plan & Test Estimation
* UAT co-ordination / planning / defect triaging / issue resolution
* Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth testing phases, conduct defect management session
