Test Lead (Ruby Automation)
Location: Columbus, OH (Remote for now)

Required Qualifications:
* BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
* Experience with Ruby automation.
* Strong API testing skills using Postman.
* Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
* Knowledge of Agile methodology.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Roles/Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute automated test scripts.
* Collaborate with development teams to identify test requirements.
* Analyze and report test results.
* Implement best practices for QA.
* Support end-to-end testing.
* Attend daily stand up
* Co-ordinate with offshore

Work Authorization:

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 12/31/2024
The annual salary for this position is between $71,100 - $112,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
