Senior Director Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis

The Sr Director of Corporate FP&A, is a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CEO/CFO, as well as members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), earning the confidence of business stakeholders to bolster strategic decision-making and foster organizational collaboration to achieve sustainable growth and operating efficiency to drive value creation.

The work will include but is not limited to ownership of the forecasting and planning process, quarter end, Board reviews, partnering with G&A leaders, implementing, and improving processes, driving strategic resource allocation/cost optimization.

The role requires a highly motivated leader and teammate/collaborator, as well as having a strong ability to think multiple steps out and implications thereof. You are a mentor to your team, leading by example, work well cross functionally in a team environment, as well as independently.
