Be a part of the Saint Therese IHM Senior Living Community! We are looking for an experienced Nursing Scheduling Coordinator to join our amazing Nursing Department. Your responsibilities will include managing the nursing schedule to ensure we provide exceptional patient care and other clerical duties. This position will work Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Saint Therese IHM Senior Living We provide a home for seniors who want to live in a place that has the full continuum of care - meaning residents can move into independent living and then as their care needs evolve, they can move to assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or stay in our short- term rehab center. Responsibilities The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for the scheduling of all nursing staff through the preparation of balanced schedules, as directed by the nursing management and to provide secretarial services. The Scheduling Coordinator also serves as back-up to the Health Information Coordinator. Qualifications Education: High-School diploma, associates degree (preferred) Experience: One year minimum staffing experience in a high volume nursing department is required. Previous senior care experience preferred. Previous payroll experience beneficial. Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
