Senior Nursing Quality Improvement Specialist is a registered nurse who provides leadership and expertise in quality improvement, education and research to the members of the department of Nursing and Patient Care Operations and the broader organization. This work is undertaken through the processes of collaboration, consultation, facilitation and education. The Senior Nursing Quality Improvement Specialist works with leadership to build departmental and organizational capability to improve patient care outcomes, experience and value. Identifies opportunities for process improvement and leads clinical related projects and initiatives that support the Patient Care Operations strategy and goals.
