Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using Spring Boot and Java.
• Supervise the implementation of design patterns to ensure scalable and maintainable code.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Develop and maintain unit tests using JUnit5 to ensure code quality.
• Use YAML for configuration management and data serialization.
• Implement and maintain version control using GIT.
• Ensure seamless integration of XML and JSON data formats within applications.
• Optimize application performance on Linux-based systems.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure alignment to standard processes and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years' experience.
• Possess a strong understanding of Finance & Accounting domain to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Demonstrate proficiency in JUnit5 for unit testing and code validation.
• Exhibit expertise in design patterns to create robust and reusable code structures.
• Show advanced knowledge of YAML for configuration and data management.
• Have extensive experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework for building enterprise-level applications.
• Be proficient in Java programming language for developing scalable solutions.
• Use JSON and XML for data interchange and integration.
• Have hands-on experience with GIT for version control and collaboration.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Linux for application deployment and management.
• Possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and day shift schedule.
• Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
