BRC Facets Configuration Sr Analyst - Remote

Cognizant is a large IT Consulting Firm that leverages modern technologies to transform a variety of businesses. The BRC Technical Analyst is primarily responsible for implementing timely and accurate Configuration changes in the Facets Platform and work as a SME for benefit Configurations.

Role Responsibilities

• Knowledge in Facets Architecture and Core Functionalities of Facets which includes Membership, Claim Processing, Provider structure and Plan/Product.
• Good understanding in Member's benefits Configuration.
• Knowledge in Claims UM components configuration.
• Knowledge in workflow, Provider agreements, Fee Schedules and Network configuration.
• Good understanding in Network agreement and pricing configuration.
• Knowledge in Facets GUI navigation.
• Strong SQL Skill Set (Writing Complex Queries, SP, Functions, Views)

Role Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 4+ years' experience in full life cycle of Facets configuration management
• Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving skills
• Excellent hands on SQL experience with the ability to write complex queries

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until January 15th, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 - $86,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
