Location: Remote

Experience: 17 Years

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 and $160,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Job Responsibilities & Qualifications

We are looking for Release Train Engineer with Contact center experience!

  • Lead the design and implementation of Contact Center solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the customization and development of Salesforce applications.
  • Provide expertise in Contact Center Identity to ensure secure access and data protection.
  • Implement and manage Salesforce Experience Cloud to enhance user engagement.
  • Ensure effective sharing and visibility settings to maintain data integrity.
  • Utilize Contact Center for continuous integration and deployment.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address their needs.

Qualifications

  • Possess domain expertise in Medicare and Medicaid Claims.
  • Have knowledge of Claims processes.
