Our practice is seeking a highly qualified UI architect with React JS with experience in developing and building impactful, scalable, enterprise applications. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients intermediaries and internal Cognizant authorities to build high impact solutions
• Define solution vision and direction building on commonalities and benefits across lines of business and technologies
• Extensive technical expertise in React JS, JUnit5, Design Patterns, YAML, JSON, GIT, XML, Spring Framework, and Linux. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong background in Finance & Accounting.
• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React JS and Spring boot Microservices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features. - Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using AWS DevOps.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Core Java.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the application remains modern and competitive.
• Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the application. - Ensure that all development practices adhere to company standards and policies.
• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure comprehensive test coverage and high-quality releases.
• Lead and contribute towards the design development and implementation of winning technical estimation and solutions for customers
• Creation and maintain effective knowledge management system to support all the solutioning phase of the deal lifecycle
• Design technology solution that aligns with the larger engagement model across towers and jointly build engagement level transformation themes

Qualifications:

• Highly experienced Sr. Architect with 12+ years of experience with legacy modernization or digital transformations
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or Professional, Oracle Certified Professional Java SE Programmer
• 8+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with at least 5 years of experience with React JS.
• Strong understanding of React JS core concepts, including JSX, components, state management, and routing.
• Experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+), including features like arrow functions, promises, and async/await.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, Less).
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Recoil).
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme).
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
