Azure Program Manager- Hybrid

Seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with expertise in Microsoft Azure software development programs. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of key projects that enhance our digital presence and compliance with industry regulations

Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Agile Program Management - Manage large complex programs in an Agile environment
  • Should have experience with Microsoft Azure software development projects. A Microsoft TPM may manage more than one project.
  • Align with the program team on vision goals and securing cross functional team commitments.
  • Lead stakeholder meetings to make key decisions remove obstacles and address program issues.
  • Maintain visibility on program status (decisions dependencies issues risks metrics) for all stakeholders.
  • Remove obstacles hindering program outcomes.
  • Manage integration of new and existing technologies.
  • Foster a collaborative innovative and learning team environment.
  • Act as a thought leader to enhance delivery capabilities and challenge the status quo.
  • Mitigate risks across technical organizational informational product and data science dimensions. Drive effective technical program management practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the following workstreams
  • Marketplace Acceleration - Develop a global marketplace platform in Azure working with a unified team to provide clear advantages for customers and sellers.
  • Me Supply Chain: Create a unified experience for Stores & Supply Chain Company Associates.
  • Enhanced Food Traceability Regulation for US - Ensure compliance with the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act regulation and explore opportunities to create additional business value and differentiation.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 year of experience in project management.
  • Strong technical skills in developing software on Microsoft Azure .Net and or Web Development.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects and delivering results on time.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Azure and cloud-based platforms.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management and food safety regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Location: Bentonville, AK or Sunnyvale, CA. Hybrid 2 days at the office

The annual salary for this position is between $81K - $163K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
