Education Details: BS or Equivalent

Job Location: Charlotte, NC (or) Iselin, NJ (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

* Drives the implementation and adherence to incident, problem, and change management,
early detection and automation processes
* Provide support and engagement with projects to enable the delivery of fast, quality change
* Maintain the SLA set by the clients
* Problem Solving Attitude
* Working experience in support project
* Knowledge of ITIL process and ticketing tools such as Service Now.
* Comply to defined process during ticket resolution
* Should work with co-ordination along with various teams, ensure quality of the work and should
be able to get the tasks completed on time Salary

Qualifications:

* Java, Spring Boot
* Git/Jenkins/Cloud Bees CD (Electric Flow)
* AWS - Terraform, KS
* MS SQL Server
* Messaging queues,
* AWS - Open Search, Splunk
* Scheduling tools like Autosys
* Observability and Monitoring expertise and using tools like syndic
* UNIX

Salary:

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
