Pay Rate: $25 - $38 per hour Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school training preferred. At least 4 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry skills. Valid driver's license, forklift operator's license, and JLG operator's license. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities: Follow safety guidelines, including OSHA and lock-out/tag-out procedures. Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems. Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and system diagnostics. Handle administrative tasks such as parts ordering and documenting work in CMMS. Communicate work status to coworkers and customers. Oversee complex maintenance projects and coordinate with subcontractors.
