Pay Rate: $25 - $38 per hour

Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school training preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry skills.
  • Valid driver's license, forklift operator's license, and JLG operator's license.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.


Responsibilities:



  • Follow safety guidelines, including OSHA and lock-out/tag-out procedures.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
  • Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and system diagnostics.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as parts ordering and documenting work in CMMS.
  • Communicate work status to coworkers and customers.
  • Oversee complex maintenance projects and coordinate with subcontractors.
