Bolton & Menk is now accepting applications for a Professional Engineer to join our Transportation team as a Senior Project Engineer in Des Moines, Iowa. In this role, you will be responsible for collaboration of project design on a wide variety of large and small scale transportation projects. This role will also be responsible for the overall planning, development, and completion of the project in a profitable manner and responsible for client contact in designated areas.

What You Will Be Doing:

This role will have a focus on transportation projects and coordinate planning, development, and completion of projects ensuring client satisfaction. You will work closely with Project Managers in understanding client needs and expectations.

What We Are Looking For:



  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
  • Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Iowa
  • 10+ years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including construction observation
  • Experience in plan and specification development
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
