SharePoint Developer

As a digital transformation architect on our team, you'll apply your expertise in SharePoint development best practices to ensure accessibility for all users by developing a front end that functions across browsers, platforms, and devices while meeting accessibility and security requirements.

In this role, you'll directly impact the Department of Defense by creating engaging customer experiences and converting legacy Access databases into a SharePoint solution. You'll work on projects that meet challenges in the DoD, collaborating with your team to build automated business processes and sites in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 with a user-centric design.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience with SharePoint custom development and architecture

• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2016 through 2019 and Office365 platforms, including administration and development, such as SharePoint sites, sub-sites, libraries, and lists and maintenance of SharePoint-based enterprise solutions

• Experience with promoting knowledge-sharing through the organization's operational business processes and systems by improving integration among information systems in the organization to facilitate seamless exchange of information across systems

• Experience with crafting custom Microsoft 365 tools and capabilities, including Power Apps

• Ability to translate client, stakeholder, and end user's needs and requirements, and recommend actionable solutions

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools

• Experience with data visualization tools

• Knowledge of data science processes and best practices

• Knowledge of DoD domains

• Ability to work with web development tools and languages, including JavaScript, HTML, or CSS

• Possession of excellent documentation, organization, interpersonal, and analytical skills

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Possession of excellent client-facing or consulting skills

Clearance:
