Thank you for your interest in CO School of Mines Multicultural Engineering Program! MEP is looking to hire a graduate assistant who will collaborate closely with MEP staff, campus departments, and industry partners to create and implement the BOOST program for incoming transfer scholars. BOOST is expected to be a week-long program that will offer a series of workshops, community-building activities, campus tours, and career-readiness opportunities. The graduate assistant will develop the BOOST program during the spring semester, lead its implementation during the week-long session in late May, and manage the assessment and evaluation of its outcomes upon completion. Responsibilities: Qualifications: This is a great opportunity and both internal Mines Graduate Students, as well as external Graduate Students, are encouraged to apply. Chosen candidate can expect to earn $18.00-$22.00 per hour and will be expected to work between 5-10 hours per week dependent on availability during the Spring '25 semester. In addition to 1 full week (May 26-30) 8a-5p (40 hours) during the Summer '25 semester.
