Puget Sound Energy is looking for a Senior Energy Resource Planning Acquisition Analyst to join our team. PSE is on a journey to shape the future of energy, with a requirement to provide a greenhouse gas-neutral power supply by 2030 and provide 100% of power supply from renewable and non-emitting resources by 2045. We must meet these goals while maintaining reliable power supply to our customers. These changes will help us support the communities we serve with renewable and cleaner energy for generations to come. The Senior Energy Resource Planning Acquistion Analyst performs quantitative and qualitative analysis related to long-term energy resource planning and/or acquisition. Creates and modifies detailed financial proformas and conducts other financial and economic analyses related to potential electric generation resources. Develops and builds interdepartmental consensus on analytical approaches and related critical input assumptions that will shape the Company's long-term resource portfolio. Effectively communicates analytical methods, assumptions, and results with key external stakeholders to lay the foundation for recovering costs of future resource acquisitions. Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE's operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety. Demonstrates commitment to conduct business honestly, ethically and consistent with our core values and Code of Conduct. This position is for 1 opening posted at 3 different levels: Senior Energy Resource Planning Acquisition Analyst (5113), Energy Resource Planning Acquisition Analyst (5112), and AssociateEnergy Resource Planning Acquisition Analyst (5111). The pay range for this position is$101,000.00-$168,200.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses. PSE offers a suite of benefits to our employees.
