HVAC Technician

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC and general maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry (or related education/training in building trades)
• 2-year HVAC technical certificate or state-approved HVAC license
• EPA Universal Refrigeration License
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel locally between properties

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including servicing components like belts, pulleys, condensate lines, compressors, burners, and heat exchangers
• Conduct repairs on steam/hot water boilers, troubleshoot airflow and ducting issues, and ensure the use of refrigerants in compliance with EPA standards
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and system failures, including circuit boards, compressors, and leaks, with expertise in copper brazing
• Complete minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry tasks to maintain facility conditions
• Use technology to manage work orders, create reports, and submit timesheets, expense logs, and purchase card logs
• Work closely with internal teams and clients, providing project estimates and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Complete safety training and attend safety meetings as required
