Pay Range: $22.00 per hour with opportunity for advancement

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Performs lab tests on inbound and outbound products to ensure that required standards are met.
Maintains records of all laboratory tests in the data system.
Calibrates laboratory instruments as required.
Conforms to all laboratory procedures and practices. May recommend changes.
Maintains cleanliness and organization of laboratory and of laboratory equipment.
Incorporates and maintains safety observances, including but not limited to, use of all PPE, ensuring guards and safety features are working, and promoting good daily safety practices and habits.
May investigate non-conformances.
May order laboratory supplies and/or schedule service for laboratory instruments.
May generate Certificates of Analysis for outbound shipments.
Perform IATA shipping of hazardous material.
Inventory and co-ordinate disposal of retain samples.
May collect information and create reports as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

Experience is a plus but not required, and paid on-the-job training is available
May require a valid Driver's License and / or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location
18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
