All that we're missing is you. Apply today! About the role The Plant Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and compliance of plant operations. This position is responsible for monitoring plant systems and overseeing engineering projects. The Plant Engineer collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to implement process improvements, support capital projects, and maintain strict adherence to safety and environmental standards. Job Requirements: Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Chemical, or related engineering field, or hold equivalent qualifications such as a high-level Stationary Engineering license. Additional credentials like an MBA, PMP certification, or PE licensure are highly desirable, with at least 5 years of experience in an industrial plant environment, preferably in power generation or Energy-from-Waste (EfW). Strong hands-on experience with equipment design, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and field commissioning is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including solid Excel skills for data analysis and reporting, along with knowledge of AutoCAD, DCS, and SCADA systems. The role demands excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic environment.
