About the role

The Manager of Material Profile Compliance ensures the ongoing compliance of material profiled into Reworld EFW facilities and Reworld Environmental Solutions Material Processing Facilities.

This is a Work from home position with the preferred candidate located in TX.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Design, implement and manage the MPF Profile Off Spec process.
    • Lead expansion QA/QC efforts at Tier 2 & 3 EFW facilities.
    • Lead and collaborate with business and operations on implementation of new MPF start-ups.
    • Develop specifications on fuels programs at MPF locations.
    • Collaborate with Material Approvals Group and Business lead on EfW and MPF client and internal audit process.
    • Manage production and distribution of KPIs for Material Compliance Group.
    • Business process lead for Material Compliance Group.
    • Lead for Material Compliance Group for Healthcare Solutions activity

    Position Requirements:

    • Bachelor Degree Preferred
    • 5 years of experience in material profiling, lab pack, or working in operations at a TSDF.
    • Industry experience in the hazardous waste field strongly preferred
    • Collaborate with Material Profiling team to ensure timely resolution to material compliance issues that require re profiling efforts.
    • Develop standard operating procedures for various functions and activities around the Material Compliance Group including interface with business, operations and profiling groups.
    • Take lead on identifying root cause for off spec of discrepancies that are considered high severity.
    • Design, develop & distribute KPIs and other key reporting related to material profile compliance and activities that drive compliance.
    • Ensure compliance with SOPs by the Material Compliance team through regular communication, training and revisions as necessary.
    • Train and collaborate with Healthcare Solutions and Operations leads in expanding RMW and DEA programs.
    • Collaborate with Healthcare Solutions team to improve and maintain KPIs around RMW and DEA.
    • Ensure development and training of Material Compliance Specialist to ensure they have potential opportunity for upward mobility within the company.
    • Working understanding of Federal Hazardous Waste Regulations as well as familiarity with Texas Waste Codes
