About The Role
Summary Responsible for daily operations of Glacier Bancorp's centralized data center for item processing for its subsidiary banks. To include keying and balancing all incoming branch capture and in clearing work. Process incoming Fed returns, charge backs and outgoing returns, related reports and customer notices for assigned banks. This is a Corporate position located in Helena, MT. The entry rate of pay for this position is $16.73 per hour (calculated for Helena, MT). All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background. Description * Reconcile incoming returns GL for assigned banks daily. Work with divisions to correctly process items on accounts with special instructions. * Reconcile outgoing returns GL for assigned banks daily. Review and identify the entries on GL report. Receive documentation from the Federal Reserve or Endpoint Exchange on adjustments. Create and monitor adjustments to ensure they clear properly. Update spreadsheet of carrying items daily and reconcile to GL balance. * Partner with accounting staff to process entries as needed. * Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
