About the Team The Digital Creative Services is a dynamic team of talented, art directors, photographers, producers, digital designers, production artists and copywriters. We work closely with our counterparts to make our websites, emails and digital assets come alive with the Pottery Barn Kids and Teen's brand voice and vision. About the Role The Digital Web Designer will design and produce content and marketing assets for the Pottery Barn Kids website, email and social campaigns. Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute designs to explain brand campaigns, ensuring strong design and consistency across all digital touchpoints to create best-in-class work.
- Work with Senior Designer to design, wireframe and create visually stunning and innovative landing pages, web and mobile pages, emails, and social, while working within our branding and style guidelines.
- Partner with Senior Designer and Creative Manager to create and maintain compelling designs to support marketing assets across site, emails and social platforms.
- Design for seasonal and monthly brand and marketing campaigns.
- Support the Senior Designer to maintain weekly and daily creative needs to drive business.
- Self-manage the design process from initial concept, final design, hand off to developers, user testing and launch.
- Maintain creative process, workflow and relationships between creative, editorial, marketing and developers.
- Work and communicate efficiently and effectively with business and creative teams to fulfill designs and deliverables
- Collaborate and support design team members on Pottery Barn Kids and Teen Creative teams.
- Coordinate and support up-to-date creative designs across all US and Global websites.
- Ensure design teams and projects meet business and creative deadlines
- Follow and maintain brand identity standards and process guides.
Criteria
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Visual, Web or Graphic Design
- You have a demonstrated record of bringing new ideas to fruition.
- Extremely proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and work well within tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with current online advertising practices and functionality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization skills; must be highly detail-oriented
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- 3+ years of digital/web design experience.
- Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, Sketch and Illustrator
- Clear knowledge of content management systems
- Basic HMTL coding
- Familiarity with social platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.
- This role requires being onsite in the San Francisco office Monday through Thursday
