IT Support Manager Category: Information Technology Employment Type: Direct Hire Reference: BH-338684 Infrastructure Support Manager Direct Hire Addison, TX (Onsite) Base + bonus + full benefits Responsibilities Lead and manage the helpdesk/desktop support team, ensuring they provide high-quality service (Microsoft OS, O365, Azure AD, Exchange, Azure VMs, Cisco Meraki, VoIP, InTune, PowerShell, SharePoint) and PCI Compliance. Develop and implement support policies, procedure and documentation Monitor and analyze support metrics to drive continuous improvement Provide advanced technical support for complex issues Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and technologies Manage warranty process for defective/damaged hardware with vendors, ensuring users have a loaner or replacement during the process Assist users with troubleshooting and common questions regarding hardware, Office, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint and other line-of-business applications Requirements At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role BS in Computer Science and/or 5+ years of experience in a hands-on hardware/software, break/fix, network/systems supporting Windows 10 and MacOS Understanding of enterprise information security architecture, process, concepts, and best practices (PCI Compliance) In-depth knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN and wireless networking technologies Expert knowledge of Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches, and access points IP subnetting, routing and switching, VLAN creation/management, IP address management Deep understanding of Internet protocols and standards such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, RADIUS, SMTP, FTP, VOIP System recovery, backup processes and disaster recovery planning Expertise with Windows & Azure Active Directory security and overall best practices Device management utilizing Microsoft InTune / Endpoint Manager Development, maintenance and deployment of standard computer images leveraging AutoPilot Estimated Min Rate: $80000.00 Estimated Max Rate: $90000.00 Note: Any pay ranges displayed are estimations.
