Boys Town is seeking an experienced individual for a Direct Marketing Analyst position. This role tracks and evaluates the effectiveness of large-scale direct Mail campaigns and multi-channel programs. You will support the Direct Marketing teams by creating recommendations for strategies and improvements to ensure financial effectiveness and on-time results. Additionally, you will build and maintain reports and databases in an effort to track and project campaign results and budgets and create marketing efforts focusing on donor acquisition and renewal across multiple channels including direct mail, email and social media. You will also analyze results to drive continuous improvement and maximize donor retention and create new donor activity.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Applies, tests, and analyzes software applications to ensure delivery of planned requirements; develops, documents, and tests software that meets system specifications and user requirements.
