Position Summary

The Warehouse Team Leader will oversee the production operations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and lead a team to achieve manufacturing excellence. We rely on our leaders to inspire and motivate their teams, while also maintaining a keen eye for operational efficiencies and continuous improvement.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

    Maintain the standard of safety and organization of the work area
  • Support the fulfillment of the objectives of the organization in quality aspects.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of manufacturing personnel to ensure efficient production operations.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvements.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet production targets and maintain seamless operations.
  • Prepare and present reports on team performance, production rates, and other metrics.
  • Manage resource allocation effectively to meet production schedules.
  • Handle conflict resolution and perform problem-solving as necessary.
  • Participate in recruitment and training of new team members.


Required Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent



Required Skills & Experience

  • Ability to safely lift, push or pull up to 70 lbs
  • company certification in the operation of a fork lift or dolly
  • Must be able to work overtime as required
  • Ability to read: Material Safety Data Sheets, work orders, work instructions, manuals, policies and procedures, shipping documents, etc.


Preferred Skills, Experience & Education

  • Two year college degree is preferred
  • Previous management/supervisory experience
  • Experience in Lead department
