AGE Solutions is looking for a Business Data Analyst to
support our DoD customer's consolidation and analysis of data to
support congressional and legislative reporting requirements at Ft. Belvoir, VA.

The selected
candidate with work with government customers, Data Visualization Specialists,
and the Project Manager to access, analyze, and translate data from a variety
of databases, data sources, and platforms. As needed, the selected candidate
will also support the strategic goals of the AGE Solutions Project Management
Office (PMO).

Responsibilities Include:

  • Utilize existing database platforms to consolidate and
    organize data.
  • Analyze data inputs and coordinate with government/contract
    staff to identify gaps and areas of improvement regarding the existing database
    platforms.
  • Access and review database platforms to ensure accuracy and
    timely data entry.
  • Organize and consolidate data for analysis and report
    production.
  • Analyze congressional and legislative data for reporting
    purposes.
  • Coordinate with government/contract personnel to review data
    and information.
  • Provide leadership with a summary of any identified gaps,
    inefficiencies, or inaccuracies in existing database platforms or process of
    data entry.
  • Assist with data entry or updates as needed.
  • Develop and implement a weekly data review checklist to
    ensure all data related to congressional actions are up to date and completed
    actions are closed.
  • Provide support in collecting and organizing information
    required for preparation of user manuals, training materials, installation
    guides, proposals, and reports.
  • Edit functional descriptions, system specifications, user
    manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents.
  • Provide support in performing financial and administrative
    tasks.
  • Prepare and/or maintain systems, programming, and operations
    documentation, procedures and methods.
  • Maintain a
    current documentation library.

  • Provide or coordinate special documentation services as
    required.

Requirements
  • Must be a US Citizen able to successfully obtain an agency-specific
    Public Trust / NACI investigation.
  • Five (5) years of progressive experience providing business
    data analysis.
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel,
    Access, Project, and PowerPoint. Proficiency with Power BI and Power Automate
    are preferred.
  • Must reside within a commutable distance of Ft. Belvoir, VA
    in order to work a hybrid onsite schedule.
  • Must be able to identify, consolidate, transform, and assess
    large amounts of data from disparate data sources.
  • Must be able to identify gaps in available data and
    recommend solutions to senior leaders.
  • Must have experience and expertise developing formal and
    informal reports for a variety of audiences to include senior government
    personnel, company leadership, contract staff, and other interested parties

Desired:

  • Experience providing business data analysis for Department
    of Defense (DoD) customers. Proficiency with Power BI and Power Automate.

Environment:

  • Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
  • Must have valid driver's license and vehicle
  • Must be able to work with prolonged periods of sitting and
    working at a computer.
