As the Production Procurement Analyst, you will be responsible for initiating, developing, and executing contract plans and actions to meet the program's acquisition strategy and budget execution priorities. You will work with and across multiple IPTs to ensure proper and timely implementation of production procurement initiatives and actions.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and drafting program milestone documentation to ensure compliance with all aspects of the DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives
  • Supporting the development and execution of program acquisition documentation and processes such as Acquisition Plans (AP), Acquisition Strategy Report (ASR), Procurement Initiation Documents (PID), Statements of Work (SOW), funding documents, contract awards and modifications, and Acquisition Program Baseline (APB) agreements
  • Assessing program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, budget/funding, and mission requirements
  • Utilizing business and technical methodologies to provide support of hardware, software, and service acquisition and life cycle management
  • Developing and implementing planning schedules to inform budget requests and Procurement Management Tool (PMT) and Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) inputs
  • Coordinating with IPTs and functional competencies to identify and prioritize requirements for production lot procurements
  • Leading and facilitating priced, proposal technical evaluations
  • Participating in program reviews and meetings when needed

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or associate's degree highly preferred
  • 4 years of related experience is required
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Word and Excel, required
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing PMT and CSPT is required

Security Clearance Requirement:

  • This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance. Selected candidate will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Salary Range:

  • The estimated salary range for this position will be $105,000 - $125,000 annually, based on an individual's level of experience and skill set. It is our goal at ASEC to provide equitable compensation to all employees.
