Azure Cognitive Search (Remote)

• Lead the design and implementation of search solutions using Google custom search Azure Cognitive Search Google Cloud search Azure Search and Google Search Appliance.
• Oversee the integration of search technologies into existing systems to enhance data retrieval and user experience.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams on search-related projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure the scalability reliability and performance of search solutions.
• Conduct regular assessments and optimizations of search systems to maintain high performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation for search solutions including architecture diagrams and technical specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in search technologies and recommend improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to search functionality and performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of search solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure alignment to best practices and coding standards.
• Provide training and support to team members on search technologies and best practices.
• Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality search solutions that improve data accessibility and user satisfaction.

• 8 to 11 years of experience
• Must have strong experience in Google custom search Azure Cognitive Search Google Cloud search Azure Search and Google Search Appliance.
• Should have a good understanding of Investment Banking Operations and Investment Banking & Brokerage.
• Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Should have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Must be able to translate business requirements into technical solutions effectively.
• Should have experience in documenting technical specifications and architecture diagrams.
• Must be proactive in staying updated with the latest advancements in search technologies.
• Should have experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Must be able to provide training and support to team members on search technologies.
• Should have a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Should have a strong understanding of scalability reliability and performance optimization.
• Must be committed to contributing to the overall success of the company by improving data accessibility and user satisfaction.

The annual salary for this position is between $81,337K - $141500K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
