We are seeking a Director of Information Technology to join our dynamic Management Services team at one of Minnesota's leading nonprofit senior housing and service providers. The ideal candidate must live in Minnesota, as this position will work a hybrid model of in office and remote work. The Director of Information Technology provides leadership, vision and management for Information Technology initiatives and activities across the organization. This senior leadership position advises Saint Therese's IT Steering Committee and is responsible for the execution of the organization's IT strategic plan; leads an information technology team in its charge to provide, operate, and maintain a secure and reliable network infrastructure that supports a broad array of information systems and services made available to Saint Therese residents and team members. The Director of Information Technology prepares and manages the organization's IT annual and capital budget plan, recommends technical acquisitions, conducts strategic planning, executes tactical actions, and is responsible for operational decision-making for meeting the strategic objectives of Saint Therese. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field required. Experience:
Special knowledge, skills, and abilities: Expert in troubleshooting and resolving problems with Microsoft, Linux, and proprietary operating systems, Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, WAN/LAN networks, telephone communications, business intelligence, PSA & RMM tools, client/server technology, Internet/intranet, clinical and life safety systems typical to a senior living and healthcare environment.
