We are seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join a dynamic team at one of Minnesota's leading nonprofit senior housing and service providers. Position available will work 10:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday working every other weekend. This position will also work every other holiday. Location Information Saint Therese offers a continuum of care and services available in one of our four Twin Cities communities: Brooklyn Park, Corcoran, Shoreview, and Woodbury; and our two communities in Monroe, Michigan and Avon, Ohio. We offer 216 independent, assisted living and memory care apartments; 56 skilled and transitional care suites. The Redwoods Senior Apartments, adjacent to the main campus opened in November 2017. Responsibilities: Manages and supervises the activities of a shift in the care center. Acts as a resource in interpreting nursing policies and procedures and their application to residents and staff. Assigns staff to handle campus emergencies in the absence of administrative staff. Qualifications: Experience: Three years of nursing experience is required, preferably in a senior or acute care setting. Previous supervisory experience is required. Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills. Special knowledge, skills and abilities:
