We are seeking a full time, 40- hour Lead Clinic/Practice Assistant to support our practice onsite Monday through Friday from 7:45am to 4:15pm. In this role, you will: -Serve as a preceptor, training and onboarding new staff members. -Provide continuous support as an educator and mentor to the team. -Step into Clinic/Practice Assistant duties as needed to ensure efficient patient flow. -Participate in annual performance evaluations Required: At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting High School Diploma Preferred: 2 Years of supervisory experience, including the ability to train and mentor others Associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field Mass General Brigham Medical Group Northern Massachusetts, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
