Job Summary: As Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and controlling inventory levels, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and coordinating inventory-related activities for the Tempur Retail Stores (TRS). Your primary focus will be on maintaining optimum inventory levels, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and implementing efficient inventory control practices. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of inventory management in a manufacturing environment. Pay Range: $38,000-$55,000 What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities)
- Input weekly replenishment orders for our retail stores, throughout the fulfillment process.
- Create discount codes requested by the TRS Leadership team or Merchandising team.
- Coordinate item setup, pricing changes, and product updates in the TRS system with the broader organization in a timely manner.
- Handle all inventory adjustments when need, using the proper dispositioning for the adjustment and raising any irregularities to the Retail Ops Manager.
- Oversee the process for all necessary new vendor documentation requirements to include new vendor ID set-up for landlord lease payments, store utilities, fire alarm contracts, credit card merchant ID's, etc.
- Process store invoices when applicable (provide training assistance to manager) and code all monthly lease payments in Basware; routing invoices to the proper individuals for approval.
- Provide day-to-day operations support and reporting to the TRS retail team
- Facilitate all new store start-up operations and logistics in coordination with Retail Store Directors
- Submit and process all new manager login set-up for 3rd party vendors (Email; POS; Wells Fargo; CRM; AX Access)
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts, reconciling variances, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Implement and maintain a system for proper labeling, identification, and organization of inventory items in the warehouse or storage areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Proven experience as an Inventory Coordinator, Inventory Control Clerk, or similar role in a retail environment.
- Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software for data entry and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain meticulous inventory records and conduct precise physical counts.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, receiving procedures, and quality control processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
