Chester County Operations | We Serve Joy!

• Shift: NIGHTS - 6p - 6a, 2-2-3 schedule
• As a Cellar Technician, you will be responsible to help unload liquid product from rail cars into our tankers as well as help blend and mix our product to be production ready!

• Under general supervision, supports Cellar operations by completing tank CIP, equipment CIP, filler CIP, bulk ingredient and liquid receiving and shipping, and sampling.
• Under direct supervision, supports Cellar operations by assisting in batch blending, ingredient additions, carbon loading/unloading, and carbonator operations.
• Knows when to enlist Cellar leadership when process troubleshooting is required.
• Possesses basic understanding and knowledge of production systems, such as Winemanager and LIMs.
• Works on various truck and rail stations for both shipping and receiving as per work orders and truck schedules.
• Executes bottling line CIP change overs.
• Demonstrates situational awareness in the Cellar to include Safety and Quality.
• Follows and supports improvements to work policies and procedures.
• Communicates consistently with team members and Cellar leadership.
• Interacts with HMI technology.
• Keeps work area clean, organized, and Food Safety compliant. Responsible for general housekeeping duties and maintaining sanitary work area.

• High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate, plus one 1 year of beverage production or manufacturing experience.

• Required to be physically capable of executing any job tasks within the scope of responsibilities for Cellar operations.

• Required to lift, roll, and carry up to 60 pounds.

• May be required to work a rotating shift/schedule (e.g., day, swing, graveyard, 5x8, 4x10).

• Required to work weekends and overtime, as necessary.

• Required to wear a respirator, when necessary.

• Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting, and executing simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

• Required to work at heights and in confined spaces.

• Required to comply with company GMP policies.

• Skilled in writing simple correspondence.

• Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing using whole numbers.

• Basic knowledge and data entry into production/quality systems.

• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

• Hiring Set Rate Listed as $19.50 - $19.50 / hour
• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
