Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Product Consultant with 18 to 22 years of experience in Automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains. This role requires a deep understanding of technical and domain skills to drive product success.

Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of automation solutions to enhance product efficiency and performance.
* Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conception to deployment ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Provide expert guidance on automation technologies and best practices to cross-functional teams.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Conduct thorough analysis of manufacturing and supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement.
* Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all automation projects and processes.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all product development activities.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product quality and reduce costs.
* Mentor and train junior team members on automation techniques and methodologies.
* Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business units to ensure project success.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of automation systems making necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
* Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation and related technologies.
* Contribute to the companys strategic goals by delivering innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Qualification:
* Possess extensive experience in automation technologies and their application in product development.
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes and their optimization.
* Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
* Show proficiency in project management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Have a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex automation projects.
* Display strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
* Hold a relevant certification in automation such as Certified Automation Professional (CAP).
* Experience in hybrid work environments and the ability to manage remote and on-site teams effectively.
* Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to automation and product development.
* Ability to mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning.
* Strong documentation skills to ensure clear and comprehensive project records.
* Commitment to staying updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
* Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and contribute to the companys strategic objectives.
