Delivery Lead

This is an onsite position open to any qualified applicant in the United States.

Location: Mettawa, IL.

• Monitor the progress of all projects/programs in this portfolio and ensure everything is being implemented as planned.
• Being responsible for the entire delivery of all the projects/programs
• Collaborator management - Collaborate with Line Managers at customer end and work on existing programs, new business/expansions
• Work with team closely and track/supervise the status
• Lead the entire governance of programs
• Providing technical/design guidance to team
• Coordinate with offshore leads & other teams
• Prepare and present Monthly Business Review, Quarterly business review with partners, team members

The annual salary for this position is between $151,000.00 - $177,500.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
