Job Description

The Real Estate Implementation Manager is responsible for leading the alignment of client needs and overseeing communication of real estate and construction projects with key stakeholders. This role ensures successful execution by collaborating with Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) and external business partners and Lines of Business (LOBs) to understand project requirements, establish overall timelines to meet business need, and ensure high quality communication between all groups. The Real Estate Implementation Manager is crucial for tracking overall progress, raising concerns, optimizing processes for maximum efficiency, and ensuring successful delivery of real estate projects.

How You'll Spend Your Time
  • You will develop transition plans with clear steps, timelines, and resources aligned with business objectives.
  • You will collaborate with staff, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and foster strong relationships.
  • You will secure leadership endorsement and resources, acting as an ambassador for successful change implementation.
  • You will coordinate remodels, new builds, and relocations to integrate seamlessly with operations and minimize disruptions.
  • You will oversee decommission and go-live events to maximize stakeholder awareness and engagement.
  • You will evaluate and mitigate the impact of changes through proactive communication and planning.
Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Project Management, Real Estate or related discipline and 5+ years of directly related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Project Management Certification preferred.

  • Proven success in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex projects in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare and deliver persuasive oral and written presentations; ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques.
  • Ability to work well with others and foster positive relationships.
  • Ensuring accuracy in project documentation, schedules, and communication.
  • Exceptional priority, time management, organization, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills to effectively handle projects in a fast-paced, high volume and deadline intensive environment.
  • Proven analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, and consulting skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to strategically problem-solve and approach challenges proactively.
  • Skilled in engaging and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement process improvements as well as maintain a continuous learning mindset.
