Customer Experience Rep (FT - Variable)

Job Summary

To serve as a lead customer experience representative for the gift shop, and as a barista in food/beverage preparation in accordance with sanitary regulations. Requiring the ability to merchandise and maintain inventory for both the gifts and the coffee shop. Supporting the manager in ordering inventory, scheduling, and other tasks as needed. Also requiring the use of an industrial cappuccino machine as well as a POS inventory system. Most important to this role is the ability to provide stellar customer service to our patients, employees, and customers.

Accountabilities

This employee is responsible for the following responsibilities:

  • Support departmental leader in ordering products, scheduling, running smooth shifts, bringing new ideas, maintaining great supplier relationships, staff training and mentoring, maintaining extremely high Health, Safety and Food Hygiene Standards for all products.

  • Assists departmental leader with marketing publications

  • Add, intake, and amend incoming inventory products and stock on the POS system

  • Provides quality beverages, whole bean and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.

  • Assists with managing gift shop in absence of departmental leader

  • Assists customers with beverage and retail sales. Operates cash registers and credit card machines.

  • Cleans Coffee machines, preparation area and gift shop.

  • Ensures the highest level of customer service is provided to all store visitors and enhances departmental engagement by exhibiting Prisma Health Behavior Expectations in an exemplary manner.

  • All other duties as needed for the efficient operation of the department.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

  • This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years - Healthcare experience

Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses

  • N/A

In Lieu Of The Minimum Requirements Listed Above

  • 18 months post High School or Associates degree with 1 year experience Healthcare experience. Bachelors with no previous experience required.

Other Required Sills and Experience

  • Call center experience - Preferred
  • Service Now experience - Preferred
  • MyChart Patient Portal experience - Preferred
