Job Summary To serve as a lead customer experience representative for the gift shop, and as a barista in food/beverage preparation in accordance with sanitary regulations. Requiring the ability to merchandise and maintain inventory for both the gifts and the coffee shop. Supporting the manager in ordering inventory, scheduling, and other tasks as needed. Also requiring the use of an industrial cappuccino machine as well as a POS inventory system. Most important to this role is the ability to provide stellar customer service to our patients, employees, and customers.Accountabilities This employee is responsible for the following responsibilities:
