General Information: The University Business Office (UBO) at James Madison University is accepting applications for a Customer Service Specialist. The UBO is responsible for processing all charges and payments on student accounts. The office works closely with students and families and coordinates billings, payment plans and collection efforts for the university. Duties and Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and emails, provide in-person customer service.
