Summary:

Coordinate scheduling of patients, physicians, staff, equipment and site/space for assigned specified patient population. Coordinate all necessary paperwork and orders in a timely fashion for in-patient admission, ancillary testing and clinic patients. Participate actively in all phases of the patients care.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing required

  • Current license to practice nursing in the state of Texas required

  • Three years of clinical experience preferred

  • Experience working with children/youth with complex medical conditions preferred

  • Bilingual English and Spanish preferred

  • Effective interpersonal communication

  • Adept at working in a dynamic team environment

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Self-motivated initiative

  • Ability to plan and organize effectively - Experience with data base management

  • BLS required
