Sales Support Specialist

Location: Lewisville, Texas

Salary Range: $50,000

The Sales Support Specialist provides comprehensive organizational support to the Membership Sales leadership team. This role involves managing confidential and time-sensitive tasks, preparing a range of correspondence and reports, and assisting with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling organizational responsibilities and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

AirMedCare Network (AMCN) is part of Global Medical Response (GMR) - the largest medical transportation company in the world. GMR delivers compassionate, quality medical care, primarily in the areas of emergency and patient relocation services in the United States. AMCN offers unique membership programs including emergent air, Fly-U-Home and ground ambulance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general office duties including typing, filing, and ordering supplies.
• Draft letters, memoranda, and other correspondence as needed.
• Organize and maintain records and files.
• Answer phones, screen calls, and take messages.
• Maintain and organize reports and records.
• Assist with data collection and report preparation.
• Support with ad-hoc projects and reporting as requested.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Manage and maintain team calendars.
• Attend and take minutes during meetings.
• Assist with onboarding new employees.
• Handle special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative or executive support experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to make independent decisions within the scope of the role.
• Familiarity with general office equipment (fax, copier, multi-line phone).
