Aviation Resident Project Representative III C&S Companies is currently seeking an Aviation Resident Project Representative II position for our Syracuse or Philadelphia office. This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation, great employee benefits and an outstanding work environment. Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates. This position is diversified with opportunities to work at both general aviation and larger commercial service airports and will allow you to interact with our aviation customers. The position will require travel to airports across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and New York. Heavy potential for travel across the US to work with other C&S offices during the winter construction months. Airport construction experience highly desired. Responsibilities include performing routine construction inspection services including acting as a liaison between supervisor and contractor, arranging material testing, conducting hands-on inspections, notifying supervisor of problems and deviations from plans and specifications, tracking quantities for payment, and completing daily reports. Estimated Compensation Range: $44.00 - 54.00/hour* *Actual compensation may vary based on related work experience, geographical location and market conditions, education/training, certifications, and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
