Technical Lead - O9 Implementation

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in o9 Demand Planning and a strong understanding of Finance & Accounting domains. This hybrid role requires a deep technical background and the ability to drive impactful solutions.

Cognizant's supply chain practice is part of Cognizant's Enterprise Platform Services (EPS). We are primarily responsible for large scale transformation programs including advisory services, implementation, support and extension of off-the-shelf supply chain products in execution, planning and procurement. Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 and $150,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of o9 Demand Planning solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the integration of o9 Demand Planning with existing systems and processes.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for demand planning solutions.
  • Ensure the scalability and performance of the implemented solutions.
  • Conduct regular reviews and optimizations of the demand planning processes.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for the implemented solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to o9 Demand Planning.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in demand planning technologies.
  • Work closely with the Finance & Accounting teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the implemented solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of demand planning processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in technology architecture.

Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in technology architecture with a focus on demand planning.
  • Have extensive experience with o9 Demand Planning solutions.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Finance & Accounting domains.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show proficiency in technical documentation and process optimization.
  • Have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Possess the ability to train and support end-users effectively.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Exhibit strong troubleshooting and technical issue resolution skills.
  • Show the ability to lead and guide development teams effectively.
