Yoh has a contract opportunity for a Project Manager
role with our client in the entertainment industry for an opportunity located in Burbank, CA

* 7-Months (with the possibility of extension)
* Pay Rate: $45.00/hr
* Hybrid (Onsite Monday-Thursday, Remote Friday)

Overview:
Develop and nurture long-term, strategic relationships with key business partners and accounts, including Microsoft, Vudu, DirecTV, and various airlines. This role requires a strong focus on strategic planning to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities include overseeing successful partner onboarding, managing comprehensive documentation, coordinating training initiatives, generating reports, conducting data analysis, and leading project management efforts to drive efficiency and consistency across operations.

DESCRIPTION
* Partnership Development
* Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key business partners, including Microsoft, Vudu, DirecTV, and various airlines.
* Identify and pursue opportunities to deepen partnerships, driving mutual business growth.
* Serve as the primary liaison for key partners, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective communication.
* Foster a collaborative environment by engaging with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support partnership goals.
Strategic Planning and Execution
* Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials that meet business requirements.
* Align with cross-functional teams to integrate strategies and objectives with broader business goals.
* Oversee the planning and execution of onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new partners.
* Maintain thorough documentation to support operational consistency and process transparency.
* Lead and manage projects related to partner onboarding, content delivery, and process optimization, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and on budget.
* Continuously identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Onboarding
* Manage the onboarding process for clients and transactional business deals, ensuring all aspects are prepared for content delivery.
* Drive the development and execution of onboarding protocols within the Studio Partner Relations (SPR) team to enhance the client experience.
* Support SPR teams to ensure effective onboarding and successful integration for all clients.
* Maintain quality control standards, verifying setup accuracy to enable reliable end-to-end testing.
Reporting and Data Analysis
* Produce regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
* Conduct data analysis to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas needing improvement.

Requirements:

1) Supply Chain and Workflow Management
a. Deep understanding of supply chain workflows, particularly in content readiness and delivery.
b. Experience managing dependencies, resource allocation, and troubleshooting operational bottlenecks.
2) Project Planning and Scheduling
a. Proficiency in tools like Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms to create and manage detailed project plans.
b. Ability to establish timelines, milestones, and deliverables for complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
3) Data Analysis and Reporting
a. Strong analytical skills to track project metrics, assess progress, and identify risks.
b. Proficiency in Excel or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for creating dashboards and presenting insights to stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements
1) Familiarity with Project Management Software: Smartsheet's, PowerBI, JIRA.

1) Proven analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to leverage data for decision-making and process enhancements.
2) Exceptional organizational skills; adept at managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
3) Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
4) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
5) Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster productive relationships across cross-functional teams.
6) Experience in developing and executing strategic plans that support business objectives and promote operational excellence.
7) Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization of processes.
8) In-depth knowledge of the media and entertainment industry, specifically in content licensing and distribution.
9) Experience with international content distribution and an understanding of global market dynamics is a plus.
