The Home Loan Sales Manager is primarily responsible for assigned sales teams engaged in originating residential home loans. This role oversees the production/origination of teams as assigned, including but not limited to, new market research, office locations, public relations, program development, market conditions and trends. The Home Loan Sales Manager supervises, trains, monitors, and motivates production personnel and is responsible for daily operation of the team including recruitment and development of employees. This position maintains an active call schedule for purposes of educating realtors/builders regarding the features and benefits of BOKF's home loan financing. Team Culture

Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree and 3 years' experience; or 8 years of equivalent work-related experience.
