• The Graduate Mechanical Engineer will work under the direction of a Lead Mechanical Engineer on projects involving HVAC design (airside, hydronic, steam) for a wide variety of multi-disciplinary (A&E) project types such as:
  • Mission Critical
  • Science and Technology
  • Advanced Manufacturing
  • US Government
  • Aviation
  • Healthcare
• Perform design analysis such as Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) models, Fluid system modeling, pipe stress analysis modeling;
• Perform HVAC ductwork static pressure calculations and pump head calculations;
• Perform load calculations using software such as HAP or IES;
• Create/Update specifications;
• 3D modeling using software such as Revit, Navisworks, Pipe3D;
• Energy modeling;

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an accredited, four-year university;
• 2-4 years of engineering experience with multiple clients;
• EIT certification, or interest in obtaining;
• Technical writing experience and proficiency;
• Proficiency in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook;
• Experience with REVIT 2016 or newer. Experience is considered at least 25% of work hours spent in production with the software;
• Experience with Carrier HAP or IES VE Energy Modeling software;
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills needed for client interface.
