Highlights of your role

Coach, motivate, and engage employees to improve performance.

Oversee, monitor, and make adjustments to the manufacturing process to meet goals.

Plan and communicate daily assignments, monitor job rotation and ensure training is provided.

Reinforce and implement improvements and waste elimination initiatives.

Compensation

Hourly- $21.00-$28.00

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

Exceptional planning, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to monitor progress and adjust on-the-go.

Also want to make sure you have

High school diploma or equivalent experience

Previous management or coordination experience
