- Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in Project Management role (Preferably with a focus on fabrication or construction)
- Duties and Skills
- Project Planning - Oversee projects throughout the project life cycle from estimating phase through closeout.
- Project Reporting - Create reports for both internal and external stakeholders. This includes financial reports, schedules, progress reports, HSE reports, etc.
- Client Relationships - Establish and maintain relationships with clients. Communicate changes with client as they arise.
- Problem Solving - Provide clients and other internal project disciplines (Quality, HSE, Operations, Accounting, etc.) with potential solutions when issues arise.
- Project Execution - Liaison between client and internal disciplines. Provide drawings, specifications, work packs, etc. to fabrication shops and 3rd party suppliers.
- Management - Direct Project Coordinators on daily/weekly project tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Must be able to manage multiple jobs/clients simultaneously.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong Leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to organize documentation via SharePoint
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate .
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

These goals must be clearly communicated through their direct reports, with clear expectations while coaching, mentoring and empowering others to achieve the desired results.
- Conduct periodic quality assessments of HSE processes to aid in their own coaching and mentoring of others demonstrating ownership of the results for such process implementation.
