Responsibilities Job Function - Prepare financial reports, developed budgets, and performed variance analysis in accordance with business plan expectation. Compile periodic financial reporting packages for senior management. Oversee general accounting functions, including AR/AP, account reconciliation, and cash management. Administer all financial management systems, evaluating and integrating new applications. Internal Audit

To ensure the effectiveness of company-wide management systems and controls by: - Adhering to all company-wide policies, procedures and controls (code of conduct, certifications, conflict of interest) - Supporting and promoting company values (integrity, excellence and innovation) - Administering departmental policies and procedures (e.g., expense reports) To ensure account balances are accurate and reflect the activities of the Company by: - Reviewing assigned account reconciliations and identifying where adjustments are needed - Preparing account analyses - Preparing technical accounting memorandums and performing necessary research - Prepare statistical reports as directed. Additional qualifications: - Analytical-minded - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership - Demonstrated excellent knowledge of accounting and finance principles and practices with ability to apply them in a business analysis situation - Track record of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business, while meeting deadlines - Track record of identifying process improvements and making appropriate recommendations - Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain productive working relationships cross- functionally Location US-FL-MIAMI |
