Lending and Trade Services Business Specialist
The Business Specialist will provide daily support for LTS Account Servicing and Specialized Servicing Teams.

Position Responsibilities:


  • Monitor and distribute incoming wire notices.
  • Follow set procedure to return unidentified wires.
  • Daily balancing and distribution of SBA and OCR Lockbox rejects.
  • Review and distribute incoming mail (US and internal) and handle returned mail.
  • Daily monitoring/distribution of the outgoing wire DDA out of balance notices and ACH rejects.
  • Handle requests for customer refund checks from the LTS Teams.
  • Distribute loan invoices and other notices generated from statement rendering
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet close deadlines.
  • Ability to set priorities and complete assignments on time.
  • Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
  • Ability to work successfully as a member of a team as well as independently.

Position Qualifications:


  • Associate degree or 2 years of relevant experience
  • 2 years of work experience in a team support environment
  • Accounting and/or balancing/reconcilement experience

Work Best Category: Category C - Days in the office will either be designated days or will vary week to week from 2-5 days Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday Salary: To Be Determined Based on Individual Experience
