Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for "Sr. Business Analyst @ Mclean, VA" to join in our team of IT professionals in a permanent role. We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 9 to 11 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS Spring boot Microservices Java Core Java and Regulatory Business Analysis. This hybrid role requires strong business analysis and planning skills to drive successful project outcomes. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel. Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for complex projects.
• Oversee the development and implementation of AWS and Spring boot Microservices solutions.
• Provide expertise in Java and Core Java to ensure robust and scalable applications.
• Conduct regulatory business analysis to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines to guide project execution.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
• Provide training and support to team members on business analysis best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance business processes.
• Prepare and present reports on project status and outcomes to senior management.

Must have Skills & Qualifications:

* Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Demonstrate proficiency in AWS Spring boot Microservices Java and Core Java.

* Have experience in regulatory business analysis and compliance.

Certifications Required

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position depends on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
